Registration

Participation to the conference is free of charge, but registration is mandatory for logistics purposes.

Important dates

• 31 October 2019: deadline for registration for Management Committee Members
• 15 December 2019: deadline for registration for all other participants.
• 20 December 2019: notification of travel grant acceptance.

Travel grants

The COST Action MINEA has limited budget to provide travel grants for attending the event.
MC members/substitutes, oral presenters are eligible for travel grant. Additionally, one author per each poster can ask for travel reimbursement. Apart from MC members and oral presenters , all other travel grant applications are subject of evaluation.
